The packaging comprises of a four-sided flexible material bag by union stitch that has a flat bottom and secured together by over lock stitching on folded fabric with a zipped top closure. It is manufactured from 180 + 30 and 240 + 30 Gram woven polypropylene with an internal duffle system with draw cord with 32cm lay flat lifting loops.
Having loaded the contents into the bag, the duffle is pulled toward the centre of the bag and over the top of the load and drawn closed by the tensioning of the draw cord. The zipped top closure is then closed.
For a single use disposable package the outer layer of the package is designed, as far as practicable, to prevent the collection and the retention of water.
Four webbing lifting loops are sewn into the bag at the four top corners.
Poly liners available for certain sizes and heavy are the 240 gram designed for rubble.
